The Kintsugi heart is a ceramic heart with which you can create your own ritual to process this. It invites you to feel your pain (no matter how big or how small) and embrace it. The earthenware heart is wrapped in the cloth (a bogche, the iranian furoshiki) break it with a stone or smash it against the wall. Collect the broken parts and write an event or something close to you on the inside of the shards. Repair the heart with gold as a symbol of healing.
